Dallas County Care Center is a 60-bed skilled nursing and 12-bed residential care facility located in Buffalo, Missouri. Our staff of community-based healthcare professionals offers compassionate care and services to provide residents a comfortable, clean living environment. Residents receive the care level appropriate to their individual and changing needs, from an occasional helping hand to experienced skilled nursing care. Our dedicated staff is available to assist residents in achieving and maintaining personal independence. Admissions are accepted 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
