About Us
Dallas County Care Center is a 60-bed
skilled nursing and 12-bed residential care
facility located in Buffalo,
Missouri. Our staff of
community-based healthcare professionals offers compassionate care and services
to provide residents a comfortable, clean living environment. Residents receive
the care level appropriate to their individual and changing needs, from an
occasional helping hand to experienced skilled nursing care.
Our dedicated staff is available to assist residents in
achieving and maintaining personal independence. Admissions are accepted 24
hours a day, seven days a week.

The goal of Dallas
County Care
Center is to help each
resident achieve the highest possible level of independence. This emphasis goes
hand in hand with our commitment to enhancing the quality of life for each
individual in an environment that promotes personal choice and responsibility.
We also strive to provide care with a holistic, or “whole body,” approach,
which helps us to meet not only our residents’ medical needs, but also their
emotional, spiritual and social needs.

Residential Care
Residential care meets the daily needs of the individual who
does not need the skilled medical care of a nursing home. These services
provide a little extra assistance with meals, medications and daily activities,
yet give the resident maximum independence and dignity. All rooms are equipped
with call buttons, a bed with linens and a nightstand. Residents can
personalize their rooms by adding their own decorative touches. There are also
comfortable group living areas to enjoy with friends and family. Personal Care
Funding is available from the State of Missouri.
